Key Points to Demonstrate
1ICU admission criteria: need for organ support, close monitoring, high-risk procedures
2Handover structure: diagnosis, course, current status, active issues, plan
3Include: airway status, ventilation, circulation, sedation, lines, drains
4Anticipate: likely ventilator settings, vasopressor needs, investigations
5Goals of care: resuscitation status, ceiling of care, family discussions
