1Anaesthetic handover: airway (grade, tube size, depth), drugs given, blood loss, fluid balance
2Surgical handover: what was done, drains, expected issues
3Ventilator: mode, FiO2, PEEP, rate, tidal volume
4Sedation: current infusions, target RASS score
5Post-op: analgesia plan, DVT prophylaxis, feeding
