Key Points to Demonstrate

1Plastering: padding first, plaster over, mould while setting, check NV status
2Suturing: anaesthesia, wound prep, simple interrupted sutures, appropriate tension
3Suture selection: face 5-0 or 6-0, limbs 4-0, scalp staples often easier
4Aftercare: keep dry, elevation, return if increasing pain/swelling/numbness
5Follow-up: fracture clinic for plasters, GP/nurse for suture removal
